TagAndHost uses your personal information for the following core purposes:

  • To process payments and provision servers: We use the information provided to complete your order and set up your hosting environments.
  • To register domains: Information must be shared with top-level domain registries (like ICANN) to legally assign domain ownership. WHOIS Privacy Protection is offered to mask these details where applicable.
  • To improve customer service: Your information helps us effectively respond to your support tickets and technical inquiries.

We adopt industry-standard data collection, storage, and processing practices, utilizing SSL encryption and strict physical server security to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your personal information and account credentials.

[1] Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

TagAndHost provides infrastructure for legitimate web hosting and application deployment. Our servers may not be used for illegal activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on all Shared, VPS, and Dedicated environments:

[1.1] Resource Abuse: Running cryptocurrency mining nodes, malicious botnets, or intentional network flooding (DDoS attacks) will result in immediate termination without a refund.

[1.2] Spam/Phishing: Using TagAndHost networks to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or host deceptive phishing websites is strictly forbidden.

[2] Support, Monitoring, and Backups

TagAndHost guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. We continuously monitor our physical hardware and network routes for faults. However, the management of data within VPS and Dedicated Servers remains the responsibility of the client.

[2.1] Data Loss: While we offer automated backup solutions as an add-on service, clients are entirely responsible for maintaining independent off-site backups of their web content, databases, and configuration files.
